Persatuan Hak Masyarakat Malaysia (PHMM) is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) founded by Mustafa Khan, operating in association with MK Mark Trading. PHMM focuses on protecting community rights and providing consultation and negotiation support for individuals facing financial distress, harassment, scams, and community-related issues.

As a client, you agree to:
PHMM charges minimal service fees, fully disclosed during the first consultation. No payment is collected before agreement.
Warning: PHMM will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. Always verify if unsure.
While PHMM has a success rate exceeding 93%, results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on case complexity and cooperation of involved parties. Updates will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
