1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Persatuan Hak Masyarakat Malaysia (PHMM) — whether through our website, attending a consultation, or registering as a client — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. About PHMM

Persatuan Hak Masyarakat Malaysia (PHMM) is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) founded by Mustafa Khan, operating in association with MK Mark Trading. PHMM focuses on protecting community rights and providing consultation and negotiation support for individuals facing financial distress, harassment, scams, and community-related issues.

No 43-2 Blok A, Plaza KLTS, Jalan Gombak, Kampung Kuantan, 53000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3. Services Provided

PHMM offers consultation and negotiation services, including:

• Illegal moneylender (Ah Long) harassment resolution and negotiation
• Licensed loan restructuring and repayment rescheduling
• Scam and fraud recovery assistance (subject to eligibility)
• Community dispute mediation
• Drug-related community support and referrals
• Authority and legal consultation

Note: PHMM does not provide financial assistance, loans, or monetary aid. Services are strictly consultation and negotiation based.

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful case information
• Attend appointments on time or give prior notice
• Not engage third-party agents claiming to represent PHMM
• Follow agreed payment terms
• Maintain confidentiality when required
• Use services only for lawful purposes

5. Fees and Payment

PHMM charges minimal service fees, fully disclosed during the first consultation. No payment is collected before agreement.

• Fees are explained clearly at first appointment
• Processing starts only after agreement
• Payments are handled directly by PHMM only

Warning: PHMM will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. Always verify if unsure.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While PHMM has a success rate exceeding 93%, results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on case complexity and cooperation of involved parties. Updates will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of Liability

PHMM is not liable for:

• Incorrect information provided by clients
• Delays from third parties or authorities
• Losses from independent decisions by clients
• Fraudulent impersonation of PHMM

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Submit false or fabricated claims
• Harass or threaten staff or clients
• Bypass legal obligations
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Termination

PHMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated. No refunds will be provided for completed services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
